Harm wakes up after having a nightmare about his crash which ended his flying carrier.  He goes out for a run.  In previous episodes, we have seen Harm deciding whether he wanted to go back to flying after getting his eyes fixed.  At Mac's apartment we see her having a dream about Mic.  After Harm arrives back to his apartment, he finds Jordon there making him breakfast.   He goes into the bedroom to change and Jordon moves his briefcase and finds the paperwork to change his designator back to active flight status.  She wants to discuss this with him but she has to head to work so she leaves him a note.

At JAG Headquarters, Harriet comes in rather upset about being so heavy with pregnancy.  Tiner compliments her and tells her that some men find pregnant women attractive.  Harriet gives Bud a list of things he needs to pick up for her at the Drug Store.  He makes a face and she gets mad.  He then opens his mouth further and sticks his foot farther into his mouth by saying name one guy who finds pregnant women attractive.  The Admiral overhears what is going on and sends Bud out.  He then shakes a snow globe up and tells Tiner that this is men's brains during pregnancy and goes into his office.

Mac and Mic get stuck on the elevator. While on the elevator, he tries to ask her out.  She doesn't want to get involved with anyone right now she tells him.  A technician is working on the elevator and Harriet wants to use it.  He tells her to use the stairs.

Harm goes into the Admiral's office to give him the paperwork and to ask for a transfer back to active flight status where he can return to a carrier and start flying again.  The Admiral refuses to sign the paperwork right now because he is practicing a speech.  He will get back to him on it.

Bud is defending a Corporal who is accusing his Staff Sergeant of seducing him to get her pregnant.  She refuses to have a DNA test done which would prove he is the baby's father.  The trial is scheduled for tomorrow.  Harriet get a present for the baby from Mac and another co-worker.

At Harms apartment,  Jordon confronts him about the change in designator.  He tells her he hasn't decided yet if he will return to flying but that he wants to the opportunity and that even if he does go back, that it doesn't change their relationship.  She tells him that it does for her because she doesn't want to date a pilot who she only sees twice a year.  She says call her when he makes up his mind.

Harm goes to see Mac at her apartment to talk about what is going on.  She and Chloe are having a sleepover.  He tells her about the fight with Jordon and that he got his night vision back.  She cracks a joke about returning to active duty and he says it has always been his dream to fly.  She tells him that he cant go back because that would mean that flying is more important that JAG or Jordon, and she almost said me but she didn't say it.  Harm decides they will talk about it later.  Chloe says she knows now that Mac is in love with Harm.  The Admiral pulls some strings with the SecNav where Harm can go back to flying.

While in the courtroom the next day, the pregnant staff sergeant is being questioned by Bud when her  water breaks.  She admits that the Corporal is the father of her baby and says he can go with her to the hospital.  An ambulance is called for her.  Harm and the Admiral speak and he finds out that the Admiral has gone to the SecNav with his request and that he will most likely be replaced with Mic Brumby.

Harriet also goes into labor while walking down the stairs.  Harm finds her and brings her into the Admiral's office.  They call for an ambulance.  Bud gets trapped in the elevator trying to get to the Van to bring Harriet to the hospital.   She can't wait any longer and goes into full labor and is about to have the baby.  The Admiral delivers her while Harm helps.

Harm and Mac make a deal after the ambulance takes Harriet, Bud and the baby away, that in five years if neither one of them are in a relationship that they will have a child together.  Mac says don't make a promise you can't keep.  Harm says he hasn't yet and they shake on it.  This has to be my favorite episode out of all of Season 4.

The actors take a stab at comedy in this episode. Harriet's due date arrives and finds Harriet huge and hormonal. Bud, on the other hand, has frayed nerves. It started when Bud accused Tiner of calling his wife sexy. He blew a small comment that Tiner made out of proportion. The Admiral overheard and after he dismissed Bud he picked up a snow globe Tiner had on his desk and shook it up. The snow scattered everywhere in the globe.

"YOU SEE THIS. THIS IS A MAN'S BRAIN DURING PREGNANCY." He threw Tiner the snow globe and retreated back into his office to work on a speech he had to give that afternoon.

Harriet went into labor in the stairwell. Harm just happened to be in the stairwell when she went into labor.

"WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO STOP MEETING LIKE THIS. " Harm jokes with her as he helps her down the steps and into the office. Meanwhile, Bud's client is going into labor as well. The ambulance that was supposed to pick up Harriet picked up the woman instead. They put Harriet in the Admiral's office while Mac went to find someone to help deliver the baby. When she called the doctor, she told Mac that Harriet was in the second stage of labor.
"THAT'S OUR HARRIET." Harm says sweetly. "ALWAYS THE OVER ACHIEVER."

Mic comes to their rescue. "I'VE DELIVERED BABIES BEFORE." He tells them.
"HAVE YOU EVER DELIVERED A BABY IN A HOSTAGE SITUATION?" Harm asks trying to compete with Mic using what happened in CODE BLUE. With Bud missing and Mic thrown out of the room because they found out he delivered animals and not babies, they prepared to deliver the baby themselves.

The Admiral returned from his speech and saw what was happening. Bud had then gotten out of the stuck elevator and was with Harriet. The Admiral delivered a perfect baby boy.

As the EMT's put Harriet and the baby in the ambulance, the three of them stood outside and watched.
"NEVER A DULL MOMENT T AROUND HERE." The Admiral said and then walked back in.
Mac mentions her biological clock running out as they watch the ambulance drive off.
"I TELL YOU WHAT. IN FIVE YEARS IF NEITHER OF US IS IN A RELATIONSHIP HOW ABOUT WE GO HALVES ON A KID." Harm speaks up.
"YOU AND ME HAVE A BABY TOGETHER?
"WITH YOUR LOOKS AND MY BRAINS, HE'LL BE PERFECT." He told her.
"WHAT IF SHE HAS YOUR GOOD LOOKS AND MY BRAINS?"
"THAT COULD WORK TOO."
"DON'T MAKE A PROMISE YOU CAN'T KEEP."
"I HAVEN'T YET." They shake hands to seal the deal
