Harms beloved red corvette is stolen.  He tries to get through to the police department to file a report and cant get through to anyone.  He goes to the office and tells Mac what happened.  She calls the department and while she is trying he said you aren't going to get through.  She does and hands the phone to him where he can give a description of the car.

Bud and Harriet are also looking for a new vehicle because of the baby coming.  Bud doesnt want to give his Bug up.  He starts to tell Mic that he lost his vir........ in it. Harriet overhears and says you lost what in it, Bud?

Webb shows up at Headquarters to let the Admiral that a mutual friend has been kidnapped.  We find out that the friend, a guy named Tim Fox.  He saved the Admiral's life in Viet Nam and is the one who recruited Webb into the Agency.  They decide to go to Italy to rescue him because the US denies that he is working for them.  Harm is put in charge while the Admiral is away including a bunch of paperwork that needs to be done.

Bud and Harriet go to and look at a Minivan.  Harriet falls in love with it but Bud doesnt like it too much because it is too expensive.  The Admiral and Webb go discuss the wherabouts of the woman and man they are looking for with the Head of the Local Mafia there.  He was going to kill the Admiral for vengenance of his nephew but instead decides to call his brother in law to do it instead.  Webb advises against it but the Admiral knows it has to be done.  But the head of the Mafia will delay the phone call, giving the Admiral and Webb the time they need to put their plan into action and get out of Italy.

The police find Harms car while him, Mac, and Harriet are having lunch.  Bud comes in and tells him.  He goes with Mac to the location the car is at.  He finds out it has been stripped down to almost nothing. He wishes that the police never found it so he could remember it the way it was.  He decides its time to get a new car.  Mac tells him whatever car you do get, put this in it.  It is the knob of the stick shift of his corvette.

Mac and Harm are discussing her trip to see her dying father.  She thanks him for getting her to go and Harm asks her to with him, Bud and Harriet to help him get a new car.  She wants to know isn't it something he should be doing with Jordon.  He says if you go buy a car with your girlfriend, you might as well go out ring shopping.

The Admiral and Webb are able to rescue Tim using a really weird scheme of asking him about baseball to let them know where the hidden people are where they can shoot them.

Harriet, Bud and Harm are talking in the parking lot about the new vehicles they have bought and we find out that Bud did not have to get rid of his Bug, and that they did get the Minivan that Harriet wanted.  Harm got a SUV and a few minutes later Mac pulls up in a red corvette, saying she didn't know what she was missing.  I guess she decided it was time for a new car too.  I really enjoyed this episode because we learned more about the Admiral and Webb, and also got some funny scenes with my other favorite characters especially the last one with Harm having that really shocked surprised look on his face when Mac pulled up in the corvette.

The loss of Harm's cherry red corvette and the Admiral's past are brought up in this well scripted, well acted episode.

It starts out with Harm having his corvette stolen outside of his apartment. When he calls the police he gets bounced back and forth. When he goes to the office, Mac helps him contact the police. He tells her that if he didn't get in, but Mac gets on the first try. The detective she talks to has harm describe his car. With an echo effect from sound effects, Harm describes his '68 cherry red, midnight blue interior, wheels corvette. Bud and Harriet are also looking for a van, but Bud doesn't want to give up his Bug because of the special memories it holds.

"I LOST MY VIR. . ." He starts to tell Mic
"YOU LOST WHAT, BUD?" Harriet quizzes him when she overhears.

Meanwhile, Webb shows up at JAG with information about a friend of his and AJ's that's been taken hostage. They go to Naples to rescue the man. The viewers get to see a different side of both men, who have otherwise kept very quiet about their past. Harm takes over for the Admiral in his absence and things get comical in the office. While having lunch with Harriet and Mac, Harm refers to Mac's love life as being like a hummer. (NOT A WAY TO SCORE POINTS, HARM) But in a very touching moment in the Admiral's office, they sit down to talk about Joe Mackensie's funeral.

"IT'S GETTING DARK IN HERE." Mac comments.
"IS IT?" Harm stares at her. They share an intense look and then Harm changes the subject. He probably did this because he knew things were getting a little too intense so he asks her if she wants to go pick out a car with him.
"WHY DON'T YOU COME WITH ME TO PICK OUT A CAR WITH HARRIET AND BUD."
"ISN'T THAT SOMETHING YOU AND JORDIE SHOULD BE DOING?"
"MAC, IF YOU GO TO PICK OUT A CAR WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE PICKING OUT A RING." The statement that he made showed viewers that he's not in the least ready to commit to Jordan.

In the last scene, Harriet and Bud are walking to the office commenting on the new van they got when Harm pulls up in his SUV. He gets out and they start to talk about his car when Mac screeches into her parking place in a red corvette.

"WOW! I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS MISSING." She exclaims. Harm stares at the red corvette with a sad look on his face.
