In
this episode, Bud is assigned to accompany a man named Raglan on his
missions which he does to test security in different areas. Harm
knows what he is capable of and is worried about Bud. He decides he
is going to talk to Raglan and tell him to take it easy with Bud and to
watch out for him.
Raglan only has one more chance at the
security checks because he usually takes it too far. They are
allowing him one more mission to try to steal a submarine. If he
screws up, he loses all funding and his career is over. Once again,
he is going to take it too far. He decides that just testing the
security is not good enough for him and he actually steals the submarine.
They head out to his intended target which is the Statue of Liberty.
He is going to try to blow it up.
The Admiral and Harm find out what is
going on and head out to try to help stop Raglan. They end up on a
boat with Commander Burke who had the SecNav's son court martialed.
They lose the submarine when they hear what they think is a torpedo being
shot towards them but instead was just water.
At
JAG, Mac has to tell Harriet what is going on. Harriet ends up
biting the Gunny's head off so much that she decides that she is no use at
the office and decides to head home to her son.
On the submarine, Bud gets someone to
let him make a call and he calls and tells Harm and the Admiral what is
going on and that the intended target is the Statue of Liberty.
Harm
realizes that Raglan is not on the submarine anymore and that he has gone
to try kidnap the wife of one of Raglan's Commanders. Harm is
there waiting for him and the person Raglan tries to kidnap is not the
wife but a decoy person Harm had there. He is arrested and the
Commanding officer wants Raglan court martialed but Harm talks him out of
it because they don't want this bringing media attention but he will
definitely never work for the military again.
Back
at JAG, Bud and Harriet are reunited and Bud and Harm joke around about
Harm getting a hug too. Everyone is just real happy to have Bud back
safe and sound.
Because of Bud's status in JAG, he has
to accompany a man named Raglan on a mission. Harm had to do it once
before and knows how Raglan is. He's worried about Bud, but makes it sound
like Mac's worried about him.
"OKAY,
IF YOU WANT ME TO CALL RAGLAN AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT BUD I WILL." He tells
Mac like she's the one thats worried when really its himself that's
worried.
"YEAH, THANKS." Mac walks ahead of him.
Bud, Raglan and his men take over a submarine San Pedro in what Bud thinks
is a fake mission. Raglan wants to blow up the Statue of Liberty.
When Harm finds out, he accompanies the Admiral since he knows Raglan. The
Admiral leaves Mac in charge. Mac also has the duty of telling Harriet
although Harriet finds out on her own. Mic looks helplessly at Harriet and
then to Mac as she tells Harriet about the sub. Harriet excuses herself to
go be with her son.
Harm
saves the day when he figures out that Raglan skipped out on Bud and his
men to kidnap the wife of Commander Klay, the man that was going to put a
stop to Raglans missions after the submarine mission. Harm captures him in
the bathroom of the Commander's house where a femal Master Seargent was in
the shower pretending to be Klay's wife.
Bud gets off the sub with the Admiral.
"I'M SORRY, SIR. I LET IT GET TO FAR." He tells him.
The Admiral gets up from his chair. "LIEUTENANT ROBERTS, HE PLAYED ON YOUR
BRAVERY AND SENSE OF DUTY."
The Admiral then let Harriet in.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR LEG?" She asks him when she enters.
"IT'S A LONG STORY. I'LL TELL YOU ABOUT IT LATER." Harriet
squeezes his face. "DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN." She warns him and then
gives him a hug.
"WAIT A MINUTE." Harm speaks out. "WHAT ABOUT ME? DON'T I GET A HUG? I
HELPED."
Bud pulls out of the hug and turns to Harm. "IN JUST A MINUTE, SIR." Bud
jokes with him. The scene ends with Harm grinning from ear to ear thankful
that Bud's alive to joke with him.
