In this episode, the director of psychic scientific research program is being prosecuted for manslaughter when his patient dies while under observation.  Mac is prosecuting and Harm is defending him.  During the trial, Mac's little "sister" Chloe, whom we have seen in previous episodes goes missing.  Harm when he finds out about Chloe wants to get a continuance so Mac go and help in the search of Chloe.  Mac says no she will go when the trial is over cause right now there is nothing that she can do.

During the trial, Bud who believes in Psychic stuff and is co-counsel with Mac, when he should be prosecuting is instead defending the man to the point where Mac makes him sit down.  The director feels like he has some connection that will help find Chloe and he tells Mac about it.

He wasn't correct but he feels like she could have some connection that might help find her.  Mac really wants him to prove during the trial that he has psychic powers to the point where he can bend a spoon like he claims.  He was unable to do it.  The Director is then found guilty and Mac leaves to find Chloe, she will be back for the sentencing stage.  When she gets off the plane and is starting to head to Chloe's grandmother she has this daydream that happens quickly.

As they are driving and talking, Mac sees the things she saw in the dream like the tree down that stops them from going further.  She gets out and starts to walk and the dream keeps coming.  She continues down this path like she did in the dream.  She starts to hear Chloe and continues on her path until she finds her.  Wet, tired and scared but seems to be allright otherwise.

When Mac comes back to JAG HQ for the sentencing stage of the trial, she tells Harm and the director that she is dropping the charges against him.  He knows she had a vision and that is how she found Chloe.  Harm looks at her like she just grew three heads.  I don't like supernatural stuff but I do know that sometimes it can happen and so I found this episode to be good.

Mac's belief in the supernatural is put on the front burner in this episode when she has to prosecute a Navy doctor, Admiral Spencer, dealing in pyschic powers for the death of a patient. While working on the case, Mac finds out that her "little sister", Chloe, is missing

When Harm finds out he wants to have the case discontinued so she can go help in the search for Chloe. She reassures him that the Gunny is working with the police to help find her and that she will leave after the trial. The doctor offers his help. Mac turns him down at first, but then the Gunny talks her into it. The doctor sees Chloe cold and tired under a white bridge. The Gunny immediately makes a call to the police and they check it out, but she's not under any bridge. Mac's concern is even greater now and it shows on her face despite everyone trying to reassure her that Chloe's fine.

Bud whose an avid believer in the supernatural helps prosecute the Admiral although while questioning someon Bud starts defending the Admiral's beliefs. Harm looks over at Mac while Bud is badgering the witness. Mac calls him back to his seat.
"SIT DOWN, BUD."
"YES, MA'AM."

The jury finds the Admiral guilty and Mac takes off for Chloe's grandparents. While she's on the plane, she has a dream where she sees Chloe standing by a tree. Lightning strikes the tree and Chloe runs off. Then Mac wakes up.
Chloe's grandmother meets Mac at the airport and they start back to the ranch. While on the road, they have to stop because of a tree blocking the road. They can't move the tree so Mrs. Madison suggests they go the other way. Mac recognizes the area from her dream and runs up the hill.

They find Chloe wet, tired and hurt.

"I FEEL LIKE SUCH A DWEEB. SCOUT GOT SCARED AND THREW ME. I SPRAINED MY ANKLE AND HE JUST LEFT ME THERE AND IT WAS SO DARK AND THERE WERE WEIRD NOISES COMING OUT OF THE WOODS. I THOUGHT A BEAR WAS GOING TO EAT ME SO I HID IN A CAVE AND IT WAS SO COLD I COULDN'T SLEEP AND I'M DYING FOR A PIZZA."
Chloe wines.
"BUT YOU'RE OKAY."
"I WAS SO SCARED."
"OH, BABY." Mac picks her up and they back to the car.

When Mac gets back to JAG, Harm tells her he heard about Chloe and that there ready to begin sentencing. Mac tells him she's dropping the case.

"YOU FOUND HER." The doctor reveals. "YOU HAD A VISION."

Mac shrugs it off and goes back to her office. Bud and Harm follow her.
"WHAT DID YOU SEE, COLONEL?" Bud asks.
"WHOSE GOING TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL, MAC?" Harm asks her as she walks off.
