This episode takes off where Legacy 1 left off, with Harm and Sergei meeting each other.  Harm wants to know how he knows his father, Sergei tells him he is my father too and he gives him all the information he knows about his dad.  He even knew about the time Harm and his dad carving their names into the Roller Coaster.

Mark Falcon meets Mac and Webb at the airport with Alexi the Russian cab driver who seems will work for anyone as long as they pay top dollar.   Mac finds out that Harm is involved in her murder investigation but that he doesn't know that he is involved and that it would be safer for him not to know.  Webb tells Alexi to bring Mac to her hotel but instead Mac has Alexi driver her to Chechnya.

During the drive to Chechnya, Alexi keeps trying to get Mac to change her mind and turn back.  You can see that he cares about her.  They get a flat tire and he tries to fix it but is unable to do it but Mac does.  He questions her feelings for Harm and for Mic.  She tells him she is almost engaged to Mic but that her and Harm are just friends.  He really doesn't believe it.

At JAG Headquarters, Bud is defending the Navy from a lawsuit from a women who claims that when they rescued her from a sinking raft, they ended her chances of winning a reality show.  The producer of the show in Court offers the women tons of money if she gets married at 6 that night.  The case is dismissed when the women starts asking every man there to marry her.

Sergei is arrested for murder and treason because the Russian General planted evidence on him.  Harm and Volganav defend Sergei but in the end Harm ends himself up in the jail cell with Sergei because after he was found guilty, Harm ran his mouth off in typical Harm style and ended himself jailed.  Mac shows up, meets Harm's brother and proceeds to tell Harm about the assassin and the plot.  They all escape and they go to find the assassin.

Back at JAG, the Admiral tells Mic that Harm and Mac are missing.   Mic wants to know if there is any information on them.  The Admiral wants to know what is bothering Mic more the fact that Mac is missing or that she is missing with Harm.

Mac spots the assassin and Harm and Sergei open up an ambulance with explosives in it.  Harm and Sergei start to argue about who will take the ambulance away and Mac makes a comment on how they really are brothers cause they are both stubborn.   They catch the assassin and disarm the bomb and Harm tries to convince Sergei to come back to America with them and not stay in the war in Chechnya but he decides he will fight with honor like their father.

I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed part two of Legacy better than I did part one.

It was good to see Alexi back again. He's a very funny character and he made Mac think there on the road to Chechnya when he reminded her that she's almost died several times for Harm and what had she done for Mic. You could see her reaction to the statement. It's like she just then realized that she had gone to several lengths for Harm since they met five years ago.

Webb really surprised me with how he acted towards Mark when it came to Mac and Harm. He was really worried about both of them. He seemed to be real in his concern and not just worried that the Admiral would come through in his hidden threat.

Mark Falcon also surprised me in this one. He, actually, sent Sergei to meet Harm. This was his way of thanking him for helping find the arms dealer, I guess. Anyway, it was really sweet of him to give Harm his brother. If it hadn't been for him, Harm might have never met his younger brother or ever known about him.

A part I wish they had never put into the show was with Bud. Bud was defending a Captain of a Navy ship against a Survivor type show. The Navy saved this woman from drowning during the show. Legacy was a very serious show and to put Bud and this case into it, in my opinion, took away from the seriousness of the show.

Mic, however, was sweet in his part of the show. His concern for Mac was evident as he talked with the Admiral about Mac and Harm disappearing. The Admiral nailed it though when he said, "Are you worried about her disappearing or her disappearing with him." The Admiral isn't stupid when it comes to the feelings of Mac, Mic and Harm.

The show ended with the four saving the day and Bud winning his case. Webb surprised us again when he handed Mac, Harm and even Sergei a first class ticket home. Usually, he wouldn't have even bothered, but he's changed. Sergei turned in his ticket, much to the dismay of Harm, hugged his brother and went back to Chechnya. You could see the sadness in Harm's face as the show ended with him.

LASCITO
