The
episode begins with Corporal Woods stopping a women from getting raped.
At JAG, Harm arrives for a meeting late but when he comes in, the Admiral
makes an announcement about him receiving the Distinguished Flying Cross
for his actions pushing his wingman's plane over the mountain to the
ocean. The Admiral pins it on him and asks Mac to give him a kiss
because of the tradition of the girlfriend/wife or mother giving a kiss
when they receive the medal. Harm accepts the medal but wishes the
Admiral hadn't given it to him in public. The Admiral also gives him
and Bud the case of the attempted rape, and gives Mac and Mic a drug
smuggling case. Mac will defend and Mic will prosecute.
After
everyone leaves, he is talking with Mac about how Mic still wants her and
she is encouraging him. Mac gets mad and tells him that it is none
of his business. Bud and Harm go speak with Corporal Woods and find
out that he wont testify. Harm tells him he can force him to testify
and come back later to speak with him, only to find him missing. Bud
goes around his old neighborhood and shows his picture around to see if
they can find him. Harm speaks with Corporal's Woods mother.
In
Mac and Mic's trial, Mac questions the person who found the drugs and his
dog's abilities to sniff out Marijuana. The dog is old and has
cataracts. She has a bunch of oregano filled bags and one filled
with Marijuana and she thinks Jingo the dog will sniff out the wrong one.
She is right. Mac wins her case. Harm goes back to the office and
apologizes to her for his remarks to her about Mic. Mic comes to her
apartment, bringing a salad for dinner and tries to kiss her. She
doesn't let him kiss her.
Harm goes back to his apartment for the
night and Corporal Woods appears because Harm brought his mother into it.
They go inside to his apartment to talk. Corporal Woods gets
confused and wants to leave to clear his head. Harm knows a place
they can go. They head out to play basketball. If Harm loses
his shot, he leaves Corporal Woods alone but if Corporal Woods misses his
shot then he must testify. He loses his shot and testifies.
At JAG, Tiner tells Mac that because
Jingo the drug sniffing dog is so old, he is now in a shelter because he
can't do his job right. Mac asks Mic if this is true and he
says yes cause he didn't want to upset her. He will do anything to
make her happy. We then hear her talking to someone about how she is
not ready for commitment, not sure how this will work, etc., then we see
that she is talking to the dog, Jingo.
