You will need the Fantastic Machines Paint Engine filter which you can download
at fantasticmachines.com, the ice crystals setting for it which
you can learn by checking out the Illumination Mask Frame Tutorial at Haylers
Tutorials, and you will also need Eye Candy 3 which can be downloaded at Alienskin.com. Okay I wrote
this tut in Paint Shop Pro 7 but it can be done in PSP 6 except for one step,
which is step #4, the Aged Newspaper Effect, which if you are using PSP 6, then
don't worry about that step, just skip it and go on to step #5. It will not
change the final look of your image except your image in 6 will turn out
to be a different color but look the same otherwise, I personally like
both colors.
1. Open new image 200 x 200, transparent background.

perfect for two background tables, frames, etc.
